Don't Miss the NEW American Beer Day Badge!

Sure, when most people think of October there is one holiday in mind—Halloween. But that spooky day really focuses exclusively on candy and treats for kids. For grown ups, what about a holiday focused solely on beer? Does one of those exist in October? Of course it does!

Every Oct. 27th we celebrate National American Beer Day, an homage to beer made exclusively in the United States.

Do we love a Guinness from Ireland? Absolutely.

Are we fans of an original Oktoberfest Bier from Paulaner in Munich, Germany? Definitely.

Would we die for a chance to try a bottle of Westvleteren ("Westie") 12 from The Brouwerij De Sint-Sixtusabdij in Vleteren, Belgium? Heck yes.

But today we're celebrating beers made within these fifty states. And there are so many!

From iconic ones that have defined craft beer in America from the early days to the countless modern releases we find on Instagram every day.

With now over 9,000 breweries in the country, according to the Brewers Association, we are spoiled with a cornucopia of American-made beers to drink.

So the only question becomes: What beer should I drink right now?
Regardless of what you choose, drinking any beer produced in the U.S. will earn you the "American Beer Day" badge from Oct. 26th, 2022, to Oct. 28th, 2022.
