Lots of fresh raspberries and rich honey on the nose. Flavour is incredibly rich with fresh raspberries, gentle floral notes, and a rich honey base. This is incredible, both in richness and berry expression.

Slightly darker red than The Statement. Intense raspberry aroma & flavor. Bright flavors. Apparently, they fill the fermenter 2/3 full w/ fresh fruit, then the must. The fruit is tamped down manually for 7 days. 3 stages (6 mo) w/ no filtering to bottle.

Aroma has decadent raspberry jam, and rich, deep honey—very elegant. Flavour is super rich, with intense, succulent raspberries, rich honey nectar, and a very jammy, almost syrupy palate. Viscous palate, endless complexity. Wonderful.

Thick and jammy. Light puckering acidity and a warming abv. Heavy raspberry flavor with an almost cooked/pie taste. Kind of like loganberry fresh. Syrupy and sweet for sure. Very dark in the glass but a beautiful ruby red color.
