CD 14/8-25 Super dense and milky colour. Great citrus and grape pith notes. Good bitterness and intense hops. Thankfully not too exotic and stone fruity from the Nectaron. Could do with a little denser mouthfeel for a DIPA.

14°C Thick and decadent with a bit of coconut floaters. Bourbon is really smoothly balanced with the adjunct conditioned base. Ample coconut, soft and present vanilla kept in check by deep, flavorful baker's chocolate influence from the nibs. Lovely!

Very little aroma. Flavour is heavily impacted by the cheese cake treatment. Deliciously jammy with huge blackberry depth and snappy blackcurrant. Lovely vanilla to round it off and accent the boozy Wild Turkey barrels. Really nice as it warms and opens.
