25/08/20 Hmmm. Aside from the fruit combo, I think I'm picking up some fun phenols (4-Vinyl guaiacol) - getting clove, pepper, and some other spices. I'm not sure if they're really there but it makes the beer a bit more interesting. Decent overall.
