New And Improved El Nectaron by Ten Hands Brewing

Henrik Jonsson is drinking a New And Improved El Nectaron by Ten Hands Brewing at Bristow-Jonsson

Lemon, yeast, slightly hoppy and sweet. Well made but it tastes like a modern west coast IPA. Nothing wrong, but the total opposite of my preferred NEIPA.

Light and refreshing with orange and peach. Nice bitterness but more a crispy hoppy pilsner than a NEIPA.

180 Shilling Ale by Holy Goat Brewing

Henrik Jonsson is drinking a 180 Shilling Ale by Holy Goat Brewing at Bristow-Jonsson

A little restrained scent with jammy fruitiness, malt, fudge and burnt sugar. Sweet and fruity, oily mouthfeel and well carbonated. Big flavours and alcohol well hidden. Interesting beer, I like it!

Rum raisin, bourbon, vanilla, syrup, chocolate and caramel. Sweet, sticky and balanced, port wine and bourbon in perfect symbiosis. Fantastic barleywine to celebrate 9 years since my first date with my wife ❤️

Bötet Barley Wine Calvados by Nynäshamns Ångbryggeri

Green apples, burnt sugar, figs, oak and calvados clearly prominent. Sweeter than the non-barrel version and not the same balance but still good.
