Jack Burton is drinking a Nan’s Axe with Pineapple by Fidens Brewing Co at Untappd at Home
Out of the three, this one is my least favourite, mainly because it doesn’t channel enough pineapple, despite the adjunct. I found this one the most citrus heavy, candied off the nose, with minerality in the flavour. All still enjoyable, a solid series.

Jack Burton is drinking a Nan’s Axe with Grapefruit by Fidens Brewing Co at Untappd at Home
Quite similar to the first one, Mosaic more dialled back, Grapefruit dialled up (obviously), more marmalade characteristics with this one as well. Carbonation, dryness, & moreishability levels are all again top drawer.

A trio of West Coast DIPAs from the world’s best, something different, & genuinely exciting. Not sure what the adjunct variants will bring, especially as this delivers on fruit flavour, grapefruit, & strawberry, drying, & just enough bitterness for WC.

Jack Burton is drinking a Court Is In Session by Fidens Brewing Co at Untappd at Home
Whilst no doubt this is the best ever 3% beer, it’s just not my favourite flavour profile. Pours pale yellow, almost like traditional lemonade. The flavour has plenty of spritely lemon, combined with peach softness. Was still expecting more.

Solid if pretty unremarkable DIPA, improves as it warms, as more of the softer, saturated tropical flavour comes through. Before then it’s a bit too Dolly Mixtures on the nose, with an unrefined finish. An OK series, the Garage Project pale being my fave.
