Jan Rosenberg: For a 5.2% stout this ain't bad. Well it's a bit thin, but that I can forgive. And it was from a discount bin (BB 31/DEC/25).

🏴 In the late 90's when there were not that many foreign beers available in Finland this was a thing. At least for me. The nose is roasted… with coffee and chocolate notes. The flavor is roasted, dry, bitter... chocolate, coffee, hops...

Jan Rosenberg: It's also very English, both nose and flavor. Sometimes I like that, sometimes I don't. Now it's pretty OK.

🇫🇮 Citrusy hoppy nose. The flavor is a bit rough... more bitter than I expected. Grapefruity hops. BB 09/2025. Might be quite old already.

🇫🇮 The nose is dominated by juicy fruity hoppiness, with a distracting hint of sweet gingerbread. I’m clearly not ready for Christmas yet. In the flavor the gingerbread fades, but the flavor feels a bit flat. Canned on 09/2025.

🇫🇮 It’s the handle-glass beer season again. Sweetish malty nose with... Vienna lager vibes. The flavor is sweet, malty, rusty... Amber Ale and Vienna Lager style taste. To be honest, that’s not really my favorite. Canned on 08/2025.

🏴 The aroma is chocolate, roasted malt, and some sweetness. The flavor follows the lead. Dark chocolate. Decent.
