B D: Wouldn’t choose this one again, but it’s fun for the weird factor. And held up surprisingly well. Gentle wine and rye whiskey barrel ageing. Brett is the biggest note here.

Last check in to this beer was 2021… this may be one of the last bottles around. Definitely in your face. I was a little concerned it might be spoiled, but it’s just a very appropriate amount of Brett. How often do we sour a stout? Not bad.
