Vanilla and chocolate right off the bat, great combo. Even picking up notes of maple and maybe a hint of granola. Sweet of course. Perhaps just a touch of barrel on the back end. Tastes good.

There is still a ton of vanilla in there. It’s definitely dried out over time, could have used a bit of sweetness to balance that out. Still, more vanilla than you will find in most vanilla BA stouts.

Vanilla is light, definitely picking it up though. Nice mouthfeel on the fuller side, thick. Picking up some nice barrel notes on the finish. Boiler does not disappoint.

Unexpected combo but wow this is a home run. The cinnamon is tamed by the brandy barrels and vanilla. So wonderfully balanced. Tastes like a cinnamon streusel. AC works magic with brandy barrels. More like this please.
