Dragon's Milk Crimson Keep Bourbon Barrel-Aged Red Ale: Heavily fortified, the keep is the last bastion standing between a brave knight and heroic victory. Unless, of course, they have a dragon… Crimson Keep is aged in bourbon barrels for one month deep within the Dragon's Milk Cellar. The deep red color is evidence of being battle tested. A smooth, malt-forward flavor profile is highlighted by notes of toffee, stone fruits, and oak that lead to a pleasantly dry finish. 11% ALC/VOL.

Dragon's Milk Tales of Gold Bourbon Barrel-Aged Golden Ale: guarded by a dragon have fanned the flames of adventure throughout history. Only the bravest and boldest would seek these riches, for they knew the reward would merit their risk. Our brewers have heard these Tales of Gold and have sought to bring forth a bounty of flavor once trapped inside the walls of the Dragon's Milk Cellar. This golden-hued ale is busting with notes of caramel, honey, and oak from a one-month stay in bourbon barrels. A light touch of sweetness is imparted through the addition of milk sugar, rounding out a truly legendary experience. 11% ALC/VOL.

Dragon's Milk Barrel Fermented Emerald IPA: Forged in the fires of resilience and tempered by brewing mastery, this potent brew marks the first IPA to join the Dragon's Milk lineage. Dry-hopped with the rare and mystical Lotus hop, Emerald IPA casts a spell of creamy vanilla and bright citrus. Its flavor tempered by the ancient touch of oak barrel fermentation. This mighty brew does not whisper, it roars. 11% ACL/VOL.

Brewing Two Worlds Together The collaboration began with a simple message between brewers from two seemingly different beer cultures. On one side: Budvar, with over a century of experience crafting iconic Czech lagers. On the other: Omnipollo, Stockholm's fearless experimenters known for turning brewing into an art form.
That message turned into a meeting, the meeting into a plan — and the plan into a new kind of lager.

What Makes Triple Saaz Different?

• Three Saaz hop varieties: Adding layers of spice, floral complexity, and herbal punch
• Swedish malt: Adds depth and richness to the malt base
• Budvar's legendary yeast: Cold-fermented for weeks to bring it all together in a crisp, clean finish
